Norman Zeller

Norman Zeller is a seasoned professional in facility management and construction with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate and Facilities at Freedom Mortgage Corporation since November 2015, Zeller oversees facility services for over 6,000 employees across 48 states and manages all construction activities. Prior to this role, Zeller was the General Manager of Operations for the World Trade Center Redevelopment at the Port Authority of NY & NJ, where the transition of the construction site to an operational platform was successfully managed. Zeller's background includes high-level positions at Swig Equities, BOMA/NY, Grubb & Ellis, SL Green, Edward S. Gordon Co., and Cross & Brown Co., demonstrating a consistent focus on property management and operational excellence. Zeller holds a BA in Business/Theater Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Business from Long Island University.
