Paul Thorson

Paul Thorson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience, product management, and public affairs. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Freedom Mortgage, Paul has been recognized with individual awards for excellence and has led the development of innovative UX frameworks. Other roles include IT Product Director and Digital Product Manager at the same company, where Paul managed cross-functional teams and implemented Agile practices. In parallel, Paul is active in the Delaware Air National Guard as a Podcast Host and Public Affairs Superintendent.
