Shayla Lee

Shayla Lee currently serves as Vice President of Escrow Insurance at Freedom Mortgage since December 2024. Prior to this role, Shayla held various leadership positions at Flagstar Bank from January 2020 to December 2024, including Vice President and Senior Manager of Insurance & Loss Drafts, AVP and Manager of Insurance Oversight, and Vendor Oversight Lead. Shayla's experience also includes working at IBM as an Insurance Vendor and Process Manager from April 2013 to January 2020, where responsibilities involved tracking vendor performance, supporting management with contracts, conducting audits, and resolving complex servicing issues. Earlier roles included Care Management Specialist at Adventist HealthCare and Clinical Support Coordinator at Blue Shield of California, both focused on customer service and care coordination. Shayla Lee holds a high school diploma in General Studies from Elk Grove High, graduated in 2001.
