Steven Fasman

Steven Fasman currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Executive Advisor to the CEO at Freedom Mortgage since September 2023. Prior to this role, Steven held various positions at Catalent Pharma Solutions from October 2014 to September 2023, including Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, as well as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Additionally, Steven worked at MacAndrews & Forbes from July 1992 to March 2014, where the position of Executive Vice President-Law was held. Steven Fasman earned a Juris Doctor degree at Yale Law School from 1984 to 1987 and an A.B. in Mathematics from Princeton University from 1980 to 1984.
