Twinkle Mohan

Twinkle Mohan is a Senior Product Designer at Freedom Mortgage, leading the redesign of the company's Intranet Portal and an enterprise site focused on enhancing user experience through extensive research and design strategies. Previously, Twinkle served as a Researcher at the New York Institute of Technology, where research methodologies were developed and user testing conducted. Experience as an Interaction Designer at the Institute of Career Development involved creating visual designs and optimizing usability for the website, particularly the online donation and checkout processes. Earlier roles at the New York Institute of Technology included designing wireframes, user flows, and conducting usability testing while co-managing the HIVE, the institution's innovation center. Twinkle holds a Master of Fine Arts in User Experience Research and Design from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University.
