David Sastry has extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. David has been working as a Product Development Lead at Micron Technology since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as an SSD Systems Design Engineer at Micron Technology from July 2019 to February 2022.
Before joining Micron, David worked as the Chief Operating Officer, Acting at Freedom Motors starting in October 2017.
From November 2013 to November 2020, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Next Generation Science & Technology Group, where they supported all technology needs for the non-profit and served as the Board Chairman and Treasurer. David also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the same organization from September 2010 to November 2013.
David worked as a Principal Consultant at Infosys from September 2015 to October 2017. In this role, they were responsible for developing cost-effective IoT product solutions and services for enterprise business, government, and consumer marketplaces.
Prior to Infosys, they served as a Product Development Engineer at Intel Corporation from March 2010 to July 2015.
David's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Test Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor from February 2008 to February 2010 and as a Senior Applications Engineer and Senior Product Engineer at Marvell Semiconductors Inc. from October 2006 to February 2008 and August 2007 to February 2008, respectively.
David also worked at Intel Corporation in various roles, including Senior Product Engineer in the Cellular Handheld Group-Yield and Debug Engineering from May 2004 to October 2006, Senior Design Engineer in the Desktop Product Group-Chipset Engineering from August 1999 to May 2004, and Senior Systems Engineer in the Microprocessor Product Group Circuit Marginality Validation from June 1996 to August 1999.
David Sastry completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University from 1988 to 1994. David went on to pursue further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University from 1994 to 1996.
