Lee Holland

Lee Holland has a extensive work experience in the construction industry. Lee started their career in 1999 as an Assistant Project Manager at The Haskell Company, where they progressed to become a Project Manager and then a Senior Project Manager, overseeing complex projects and managing multiple teams. Lee joined Turner Construction Company in 2010 as an Account Executive, responsible for expanding the company's industrial construction business. Lee then served as the Huntsville Executive at Turner Construction Company from 2016 to 2019, leading the Huntsville market and handling business planning, strategy development, and client management. Lee later joined Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC in 2019 and held the role of Director of Capital Projects before becoming the Vice President of Development & Construction in 2022. In this role, Lee is responsible for the leadership and management of Freedom's development, consulting, and construction businesses, overseeing financials, operations, and business strategy.

Lee Holland earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science with a minor in Business Management from Texas A&M University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Professional Constructor from the American Institute of Constructors (AIC) and as a LEED AP from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
