Melissa Patch is a seasoned property manager with over fifteen years of experience in commercial property management. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC since August 2017, Melissa has successfully managed a diverse range of projects, including multi-family and mini-storage developments, as well as office parks and retail centers. Melissa's focus on fostering strong relationships with tenants and owners is complemented by a commitment to honesty, dedication, and dependability. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial McLain Real Estate from June 2005 to July 2017, managing over 150 tenants and providing professional support through both technological and interactive techniques to address property management concerns effectively.
