Margaret Rood

Margaret Rood has extensive experience in systems engineering and project management, currently holding the position of Systems Engineer at The Paciello Group since November 2016, following a similar role at Freedom Scientific. Margaret also contributes to Koniag Services, Inc. as a Project Manager and Assistive Technology Systems Engineer, overseeing a team that supports the installation and repair of assistive technology hardware across the nation while providing technical direction for the SSA’s AT Help Desk. Earlier in Margaret's career, a role as a Network Engineer at Lockheed Martin involved managing network software and scripting for systems management. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History from North Carolina State University, an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Northern Virginia Community College, and a Doctor of Law from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
