Michael Herrin

Michael Herrin has served as a Claims Underwriter at Freedom Warranty, LLC since April 2018, where responsibilities include assessing claims and estimating repair costs. Previously, Michael held the position of Claims Processor, managing call intakes, initiating the claims process, and maintaining customer relationships. Prior to joining Freedom Warranty, Michael worked as a Retail Associate at Interstate Wine and Spirits, engaging in sales, stocking shelves, and providing tasting recommendations. Michael earned a B.S.B.A. in Business Management from Tennessee Technological University between 2013 and 2017.
