Alanna Lacina

Alanna Lacina currently serves as the Client Services and Stored Value Marketing Lead at FreedomPay since January 2023, following a diverse career in customer service and marketing roles. Previous positions include Senior Sales Lead at Paper Source, where Alanna significantly enhanced social media engagement, and a Social Media Marketing Intern at En Route Marketing, responsible for creative marketing programs and media relations. Alanna's extensive experience also includes management roles at Modell's Sporting Goods, focusing on training and customer satisfaction, as well as a Fellowship at Hillary for America, which involved grassroots organizing and voter engagement. Alanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Temple University and an Associate of Arts in Business/Commerce from the Community College of Philadelphia.
