Bailey Langham

Bailey Langham is a skilled educator and training specialist with extensive experience in developing and implementing training programs. Currently serving as a Product Sales Enablement Specialist at FreedomPay since June 2022, Bailey has held roles such as Senior Training Specialist and Training Coordinator. Previous experience includes working as a New Hire Coach and Mentor at Wissahickon Charter School, where consultation with management identified training needs, alongside providing impactful coaching and in-job training. As an Educator at both Wissahickon Charter School and Mastery Charter Schools, Bailey designed engaging courses and collaborated with Subject Matter Experts to enhance participant performance. At City Year, lesson plans were tailored to improve student reading and math skills. Bailey holds a Master's degree in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in History from Florida State University.
