John Faga is a seasoned Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach with extensive experience leading Agile transformations and driving high-impact results in complex technology initiatives. Currently serving at FreedomPay, they leverage their technical expertise and servant leadership to empower teams and enhance productivity. Previously, John held pivotal roles at Fortra, where they directed Agile teams and championed quality assurance, and at Warner Pacific Insurance Services, where they established business systems analysis and implemented significant improvements under the Affordable Care Act. They hold multiple certifications from Scrum Alliance and are committed to lifelong learning, continually expanding their skill set to foster innovation and collaboration. John is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of Washington.
