Fouad Moussa

Fouad Moussa is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in Agile methodologies and Cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Senior Delivery Group Lead & Agile lead for the Identity and Access Management group at TD since February 2023, Fouad is responsible for leading acquisitions and coaching Agile implementation in Cybersecurity technologies. Prior to this role, Fouad worked at Amazon as a Technical Program Manager and Agile lead, overseeing multiple privacy programs and designing optimized Agile delivery pipelines. At RBC, as a Delivery Lead, significant contributions were made to enhance team velocity using Agile Scrum practices. Earlier roles include managing international banking projects at Scotiabank and serving as a Senior Functional Consultant at International Turnkey Systems. With a Bachelor of Communication and Electronic Engineering, Fouad has a rich history of delivering technical solutions across various banking and financial institutions in the Middle East.
