Dale Hinds has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as Program Director at Green Power Monitoring Systems, Inc. since October 2015. Concurrently, Dale has held the position of Project Manager at FreeFlight Systems since November 2008. Earlier in the career, Dale worked at the Ministry of Defense UK from February 1985 to February 2007, where responsibilities included roles as Project Manager and Electronics Technician. Education was completed at Glamorgan University.

Focus areas include GPS, Galileo, WAAS and EGNOS positioning equipment, ADS-B transmitters and receivers, radar altimeters, full navigation management solutions including RNP and LPV systems, as well as aircraft data servers and crash-hardened memory systems.
