Paul Mather has over 30 years of experience in the medical industry. Paul began their career in 1989 as a Territory Sales Manager at Baxter Healthcare, where they successfully developed a range of laboratory diagnostic products across the S. East of UK. In 1993, they moved to Alpha Laboratories Ltd, where they were a Product Sales Specialist, leading the successful development of laboratory equipment and consummables in the S. East of UK and directing the successful introduction of a new range of clinical chemistry reagents to the UK. In 1995, they became a National Sales Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, where they led a successful team in the field of Haemotherapy. In 2000, they joined Medtronic as a Senior Territory Manager & Regional Manager, where they led the successful development of both pacing and ICD business across the Midlands region of the UK and was responsible for the mentoring of new field staff. In 2005, they became the Country Manager UK & Ireland at Cameron Health, where they developed the use of a unique ICD which is implanted subcutaneously. In 2017, they joined iRhythm Technologies, Inc. as a UK Business Development Manager. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Director Of Sales And Business Development at OR Productivity Ltd, where they were responsible for the commercial launch of a unique system for Continuous Glucose Monitoring throughout Europe. Since 2021, they have been the Director Market Development at FREEHAND 2010 LIMITED, where they are responsible for the manufacture and supply of a unique robotic arm for use within Laparoscopic procedures.
Paul Mather attended the University of Nottingham from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a BSC 2:1 in Biochemistry.
