Safiya Adjaye is an experienced professional in operational management and project coordination, currently serving as Studio Administrator at Freehaus since April 2024. Previously, Safiya held a Commercial Operations role at Weaveworks from January 2020 to September 2023, where skills in evaluating business processes and enhancing company strategies were demonstrated. As a Technical Project Manager at Positivegroup.org from January 2017 to January 2020, Safiya developed technology for psychological resilience and implemented agile methodologies. Earlier experience at The Moving Picture Company involved roles from Software Department Manager to Production Assistant, contributing to high-profile visual effects projects and managing software production issues. Safiya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Character Animation from the University of the Arts London.

As part of our holistic approach to design and architecture, we collaborate with a talented network of craftspeople that share our commitment to quality, innovation and transparency. Our passion for materials and our attention to detail allows us to achieve meaningful solutions that speak about individual people and places. We are an RIBA chartered practice comprised of a multi-disciplinary team of Architects, Designers and Makers based in London. We work at all scales and across a variety of sectors. Our work ranges from product design and interiors to residential and working spaces; from retail and hospitality to the public and community sector. Freehaus was established in 2012 and have since then delivered award-winning designs across the UK and Europe, having been featured in numerous UK and international publications. Understanding our clients’ goals is what allows us to deliver outstanding, award-winning work. We appreciate that designing new spaces may look like a complex and overwhelming process so we guide our clients throughout the entire journey, from inception to completion.
