Randy Churchey

Randy Churchey is the former Lead Independent Director and Member of the board of trustees of MedEquities Realty Trust (NYSE: MRT). Randy was also the Former Chairman and CEO of Education Realty Trust (NYSE: EDR) from 2010-2018 which was sold in 2018 and acquired by Greystar.
