Marcos Felipe

Marcos Felipe is an experienced product design manager currently working at Freeletics since April 2022. Previously, Marcos held roles at XP Inc. as a design manager and design lead, and at McKinsey & Company as a designer. Earlier career highlights include positions as a visual designer at Fjord, a freelance designer for Airbnb, and an art director at both SapientNitro and Ampfy, where department leadership and client branding were key responsibilities. Additionally, Marcos contributed as a co-organizer for the Ossobuco live talk show and served as a creative lead at SetteGraal 2.0, focusing on digital projects. Marcos began the career at Digital Group, concentrating on online advertising, and holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from IESB.
