Mina Baghal

Mina Baghal started their work experience in 2011 with an internship in Product Marketing at L'Oréal Deutschland GmbH. Mina then moved on to a working student position at Gipfelstolz UG (haftungsbeschränkt) from 2012 to 2013. In 2015, Mina started an internship in Product Marketing at BMW Group. Mina then joined Freeletics in 2016 as a Junior CRM Manager, and later took on the roles of Online Marketing Manager (CRM) and Team Lead CRM.

Mina Baghal completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Cultural Studies at Universität Passau from 2009 to 2013. From 2011 to 2012, they also participated in an exchange semester focusing on Cultural Studies at Universidad de Córdoba. Mina then pursued a Master of Arts in Brand and Communications Management at Copenhagen Business School from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, they further broadened their knowledge by undertaking an exchange semester in Business Administration at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
