Toni Hoagland has extensive experience in library management, currently serving as Area Administrator at the Free Library of Philadelphia since 2004. In this role, Toni oversees 12 branch libraries and supports their supervisors, focusing on staff coaching and problem-solving related to performance and facility issues. Previously, Toni worked as a High School Librarian at Morrisville High School from September 1974 to June 1976, where responsibilities included establishing a library in a newly renovated space, creating a floor plan, and organizing the collection. Toni holds a Master of Library Science from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from The College of New Jersey.
