Ethan Z. has a diverse work experience in the engineering and project management field. Ethan began their career in 2009 at KUNMING RAIL TRANSIT GROUP CO.,LTD., where they worked as a Project Engineer and later became a Vice Team Leader, successfully managing three vital projects for the company. Ethan then joined RAYCOM REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD., in 2015 as an Operating and Planning Manager & Project Manager. In this role, they demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring timely delivery of residential and commercial projects. In 2017, Ethan joined HomeOn as a Senior Data Engineer, where they showcased their expertise in managing data and contributed to the company's success until 2020. Most recently, they joined Freely in 2020 as a Backend Developer and then progressed to the position of Engineering Lead in February 2021.
