Steven Lovell

Steve is a Founding Partner at Freeman Lovell and his practice is primarily focused on real estate transactions. Most of his clients are either buying, selling, leasing, financing, or developing real estate.

Before Freeman Lovell, Steve was in-house counsel for a real estate development company that worked with many retail brands to roll out franchise locations throughout the country. In that capacity, he handled the purchase and sale agreements, title and survey review, geotechnical and environmental reviews, zoning and entitlement work, leasing, financing, joint venture structuring, development agreements, contractor agreements, covenants and easement drafting; along with several related tasks and responsibilities.
