Allison Waken

Allison Waken is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in design and communications. Currently serving as Marketing Coordinator at Freeman Manufacturing & Supply Company since April 2013, Waken previously held roles such as Marketing/Design Assistant and Design Director for the Daily Kent Stater, where responsibilities included managing a design team and creating graphics for print and web. Waken also served as Art Director for Jargon magazine at Kent State University, designing semi-annual publications. Additional experience includes an internship at the Parma Area Chamber of Commerce focusing on advertising and event promotion, as well as a customer service role at Payless ShoeSource. Waken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from Kent State University, completed in 2013.
