Brad J. Brutocao

Brad J. Brutocao joined Freeman Spogli in 1997 and became a partner in 2008. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Brutocao worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance departments. Mr. Brutocao received his bachelor's degree magna cum laude in business economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1995.
