David Zoba

David Zoba is an experienced retail real estate executive with a strong background in leadership and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as a Board Member at WhiteWater Express Car Wash, Acadia Realty Trust, and Cafe Rio Mexican Grill, Zoba also holds the position of Senior Adviser at JLL. Previously, Zoba was the Senior Real Estate Strategy Advisor at Gap Inc., focusing on growth initiatives in China, and served as Senior Vice President of Global Real Estate, overseeing the strategic execution for various Gap Inc. brands. Other notable roles include Chief Operating Officer at Steiner & Associates and Premier Properties. Zoba holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a JD in Securities Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
