Todd W. Halloran

Todd W. Halloran joined Freeman Spogli in 1995, became a partner in 1998 and became a Senior Advisory Partner in 2021. Previously, Mr. Halloran was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he worked from 1990 to 1995, first in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department and then in the Principal Investment Area. From 1984 to 1988, Mr. Halloran served as a financial analyst at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company and then American Brands, Inc. Mr. Halloran received his bachelor's degree in economics from Colby College in 1984 where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He received his master's degree in business administration from Harvard University in 1990.
