Lisa Swick

Lisa Swick, CAPS, ACoM, currently serves as Regional Property Manager at Freeman Webb Company since November 2022. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Regional Director at Bell Partners Inc from January 2002 to November 2022, where management of a portfolio of 1,800 conventional units in Nashville, Huntsville, and Birmingham was a key focus. Lisa significantly contributed to the growth of Bell Partners in the Nashville market, expanding from 5 properties to 13 through various due diligence, acquisition, and transition efforts over 16 years. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Manager at National Realty Management from August 1996 to January 2002 and as District Manager at Hardaway Management from March 1993 to August 1996. Educational background includes studies at Eastern Kentucky University (1976-1981) and Harrodsburg High School (1973-1976).
