Traci L. Hall

Prior to starting her career in Property Management, Traci served their country for 10 years in the United States Air Force as an Administrative Manager. Traci has more than 18 years of property management experience. Originally from Florida, she started in the property management field working as a Housing Technician for the Brevard County, Florida Housing Authority and then was quickly promoted as a property manager. After working for several large property management companies in various cities such as Rockledge, Florida, Charleston, South Carolina, and Savannah, Georgia, Clarksville, Tennessee; Traci joined Freeman Webb in 2007. After being with Freeman Webb for 6 years with dual roles as Property Manager and Multi-Site Manager, Traci was promoted to Regional Manager.

Traci is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and is a member of the Greater Nashville Apartment Association. In 2013, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Bible Institute and Seminary. She received her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) certification in 2017.

She devotes her free time to volunteering with her church Living Water Church in Bowling Green, KY with such activities as Feeding the Homeless, Street Ministry, and serving as Administrative Tech Support for Living Water Live Bible Study and The Global on Demand School of Ministry (GODSOM).
