Cara Milligan

Cara Milligan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in providing strategic legal counsel to marketing and advertising agencies. Currently serving as DAS Global Deputy General Counsel at Omnicom since December 2018, Cara Milligan specializes in contract negotiation, labor and employment, data security/privacy, advertising, AI, and intellectual property. Previous roles include General Counsel at the Advertising Collective & Commerce Group and Corporate Counsel at Brinker International, where Cara Milligan effectively managed complex agreements. Earlier career highlights include serving as General Counsel for The Marketing Arm, where supervision was provided to a legal department, and as Associate Attorney at Payne & Jones, overseeing all stages of litigation. Cara Milligan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from The University of Kansas.
