With a demonstrated history of leading high-functioning teams and delivering results, Paul’s work at Freeman over more than 16 years has focused on driving growth, organizing teams, and developing effective organizational structures. In his current role, he oversees operations, business strategy, and P&L accountability.
Paul began his career with Freeman in 2005 and has held a range of operational duties including Senior Vice President of Field Operations and Assistant General Manager of Las Vegas. During his almost 20-year tenure, he has led the strategic reorganization and management of Freeman Dallas operations, eliminating existing redundancies and improving efficiencies. Under his leadership, Freeman Event Technology has seen growth and success. Paul also sits on the National Training Trust of IATSE.
Paul has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and an MBA from Sam Houston State University in Marketing/Management Information Systems.
