Wesley Sparks

Wesley Sparks is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management, cloud transformation, and system integration. As the Senior Manager of Infrastructure at Freeman Company since November 2025, Wesley leads strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Wesley served as CEO and Company Owner of Rainspace Computing Inc. since January 2010, successfully growing the company from its inception to over 15 clients and $400K in revenue. At Republic National Distributing Company, Wesley held the position of Cloud Manager, where significant achievements included overhauling legacy infrastructure and achieving $30M in annual savings. Experience as a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer at Softchoice and various engineering roles at Camber Corporation, Davidson Technologies, GAL, ITT-CAS, and Northrop Grumman further solidify Wesley's expertise in network engineering, system architecture, and leading technical teams. Wesley earned an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Virginia College of Huntsville between 1999 and 2001.
