Katie Harding

Katie Harding is a skilled computational biologist with extensive experience in statistical analysis and early cancer detection technologies. Currently serving as Senior Computational Biologist II at Freenome, Katie leads statistical analyses for Analytical Validation studies and collaborates with Regulatory and Quality teams. Previous roles include Scientist II at Guardant Health, where Katie developed and validated analysis platforms for cancer detection, and Data Scientist II at Intrexon Corporation, focusing on high throughput screening experiments. With a background as a Senior Research Associate at Corteva Agriscience, Katie has a passion for statistics and programming, which was honed during earlier positions in various ecological and biological research settings. Katie holds an MSc in Watershed Ecosystems from Trent University and a BSc in Entomology and Biology from Oregon State University.
