Jim Gelder has a diverse work experience spanning multiple senior roles in various companies. Jim started their career as a Senior Designer at Frankel (ARC) in 1999 and then moved on to LAUNCH/PKG, where they served as Vice President and Creative Director from 2005 to 2012. In this role, they were responsible for creating print and digital marketing collateral, developing branding strategies, and managing all agency capabilities and projects.
Following their tenure at LAUNCH/PKG, Jim joined Tungsten74 as an Executive Creative Director from 2012 to 2015.
