Karen Slobodzian, PMP

Karen Slobodzian, PMP has over 25 years of work experience. Karen is currently the Vice President of Client Success at Freeosk, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Client Success at the same company from December 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining Freeosk, Karen held various leadership positions at Fetch Rewards. Karen started as the Vice President of Partner Development in March 2019 and remained in this role until September 2021. From June 2021 to December 2021, they served as the Vice President of Implementation at Fetch Rewards.

From 1999 to 2019, Karen worked at PromoWorks, where they held the position of Vice President of Client Services/Project Management. Karen was responsible for leading client service and finance analytics teams, overseeing the entire lifecycle of programs for CPG and retail partners. Prior to this role, they had several progressive positions within the company, including Director of In-Store Operations, Account Promotion Director, and Account Promotion Manager.

Karen began their career in 1996 as a Merchandise Analyst at Sears. Karen also worked as a Marketing and Promotions Manager at Water Concepts, LLC from 1997 to 1999.

Throughout their career, Karen has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in client success and project management, and a track record of delivering successful outcomes for their organizations.

Karen Slobodzian, PMP attended Northern Illinois University from 1991 to 1995. Karen obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2022.
