Connie E. is a seasoned business owner and entrepreneur with extensive experience in both the food and real estate industries. As the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours since June 2012, Connie E. has established a leading company in culinary experiences in Mexico City. In addition, Connie E. is a co-owner of Grupo Rexa, a family business focused on constructing and selling industrial properties to AAA companies in Mexico. Previous experience includes a marketing role at BBVA en México, where high-value marketing strategies were implemented, and a senior consulting position at Deloitte, where market demand surveys for consulting services were designed. Connie E. holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Public Policy and Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master in Internet Business from ISDI, an MBA from IPADE Business School, and a BA in Political Sciences from Universidad Iberoamericana.
