Michael Reed

Michael Reed serves as the Executive Director of Global Operations at Freepoint Eco-Systems since June 2025. Prior to this role, Reed held significant positions at Delek US Holdings, Inc., including VP and General Manager at the Delek El Dorado Refinery from September 2019 to October 2025. Reed's extensive experience in the refining sector also includes leadership positions at Philadelphia Energy Solutions, LLC, where roles included Executive Director of Refinery Operations, Director of Optimization and Planning, and Operations Director from September 2012 to October 2025. Additionally, Reed was an Oil Refinery Operations Area Manager and Operations Area Superintendent at Sunoco from January 2003 to September 2012. Ongoing education at The Wharton School in Executive Education complements Reed's professional background, with additional academic credentials from Drexel University.
