Abdul Moiz

Abdul Moiz currently serves as a Geomechanical Engineer I at Freeport-McMoRan since September 2023. Previously, Abdul held the position of Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Dallas from January 2022 to May 2023, contributing to the Structural Geology course by leading discussions and supporting student learning. Abdul has experience as a Geologist at National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (NESPAK) from June 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included geological investigations and environmental assessments. Abdul's early experience includes a geology internship with the Communication and Works Department of the Government of the Punjab in the summer of 2018, assisting in various field tasks. Abdul Moiz holds a Master of Science in Geology/Earth Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
