Matthew Rivett

Matthew Rivett is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in program management and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at FreePower since June 2023, Rivett has held pivotal roles, including Principal at Trident Project Group since December 2015 and Vice President of the Program Management Office at ElectraMeccanica from December 2021 to June 2023. Previous leadership positions include Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer as well as Director of Programs at Local Motors and Program Manager at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Rivett began a career in the US Navy as a Machinist Mate and later as an Ammo Technician. Rivett holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management with a focus on Project Management from the University of Phoenix-San Diego Campus.
