Russell Buhidar

Russell Buhidar has work experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Project Director ACE Program at Freer ISD since July 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations at Dulce Esperanza Home Health Care since July 2011. At Dulce Esperanza Home Health Care, Russell provided recommendations for staffing, budgets, policies, and programs, maintained an accurate record system, evaluated program effectiveness, and developed personnel policies to attract and retain staff.

Russell Buhidar completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of the Incarnate Word from 2000 to 2004. Russell then pursued a Master of Health Science degree in Health Care Administration from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, in November 2015, Russell obtained a certification as a Certified Wound Care Market Specialist from the Wound Care Education Institute.
