Lee Barnes

Lee Barnes has worked in the energy services industry since 2003. Lee began their career at General Environmental Management Inc. as the Regional General Manager, where they utilized industry awareness, concise job estimation, and tenacious prospecting to drive substantial growth, from a staff of two, to more than 40 field service personnel within two years. In 2009, they moved to GEM Mobile Treatment Services as the Sr. Business Development Manager for the Western Region, where they established policies and procedures that restructured the organization to be agile enough to take advantage of new market opportunities in 11 western states, Alaska and Hawaii, and generated more than $3M in new revenue during the first two years. In 2015, they joined Beacon Energy Services, Inc. as the Business Development Manager and expanded operations into seven new western states, and increased sales pipeline by 500%, $11M in first six months. In 2016, they became the National Turnaround Business Development Manager for GEM Mobile Treatment Services, Evergreen Industrial Services, and North American Industrial Services, where they led the integration of the three companies and combined annual revenue of $220M, with 1,500 employees at 31 locations across the country. Most recently, in 2017, they became the VP of Business Development for FreeRangeXR, where they are responsible for their custom Virtual & Augmented Reality Simulation and Training programs.

Lee Barnes attended the University of California, Davis, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
