Jiong Shen is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Partner at FreeS Fund since January 2019, Jiong has previously held significant roles including General Manager of the Healthcare Division at Shanghai Pudong Hightech Investment Co. from December 2014 to December 2018, and Deputy General Manager of the VC Division at Pudong Science and Technology Investment Co. from December 2010 to December 2018. Additional experience includes a directorial position at Shanghai Zhangjiang Pharma Engine from December 2008 to November 2010 and a role in regulatory affairs at Exelixis Pharmaceuticals in 2002-2003. Jiong Shen holds an MBA from San Francisco State University, having completed studies there from 2003 to 2005, and graduated from Peking University in 1999. Educational background also includes attendance at Beijing No. 12 Middle School.
