Xu Xiaoqing

Former assistant to the youngest president of China Minsheng Bank, involved in financial industry management for 14 years, and has been responsible for managing financial assets of over 10 billion Chinese Yuan. Co-founder of Lend Buzz—an American fintech company—in charge of financing, management and marketing, raised 30 million dollars and led a team to expand the market from 0 to 200 million dollars in sales revenue per year.

Currently, Xiaoqing is a partner of FreeS Fund, responsible for fundraising and internal operations as well as post-investment management. She has been recognized as top 20 in fund-raising in private equity funds in China for two consecutive years.

She has a bachelors degree from the University of Science and Technology in Beijing, a double master MBA/MSA from Northeastern University, EMBA of Economics and Management from Tsinghua University, and GSFD in Finance from Tsinghua University.
