Shahar Zamir

Shahar Zamir has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Shahar started their career in the Israeli Defense Forces, where they served as a Combat Aircrafts Electronics specialist from 1998 to 2001. Shahar then worked at Tech Technologies as a Systems Administrator, where they managed system projects and day-to-day computer network activities.

In 2008, Shahar joined Matrix and held the role of Head of the Development Team and Client Manager. Shahar managed a team of developers and worked on projects within the automotive industry, collaborating with clients on defining needs and product specifications. Shahar stayed with Matrix until 2013.

From 2013 to 2016, Shahar worked at Carasso Motors as the Homologation, Import, and Controlling Director. Shahar successfully implemented paperless processes and managed import activities, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Shahar also led the sales back-office team, focusing on customer satisfaction and cost-efficiency.

In their most recent role at Carasso Motors, starting in 2019, Shahar served as the CTO. Shahar was responsible for the company's architecture and data structure, and they championed various aspects of marketing, sales, service, and field service through the Salesforce Trailblazer project.

Additionally, Zamir has obtained certifications in Import Export and International Trade from the Business College of the Chamber of Commerce, Israel Canada Chamber of Commerce in 2010, as well as in MCSE and MCSA from Microsoft in 2008.
