Blair Hinkle

Municipal Stormwater Lead at Freese And Nichols, Inc.

Blair Hinkle has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Starting from 2022, Blair is currently working as the Municipal Stormwater Lead at Freese and Nichols. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2022, Blair held two roles at City of Raleigh Municipal Government. Blair served as an Assistant Engineering Services Director from December 2016 to September 2022, and previously as a Stormwater Program Manager from September 2014 to December 2016. Before joining Raleigh Municipal Government, Blair worked at City of Rocky Mount from 2006 to 2014, where Blair held the position of Assistant Director of Public Works & Water Resources/Stormwater Manager from April 2008 to September 2014, and previously as a Stormwater Engineer from July 2006 to April 2008.

Blair's previous experience includes working at Brackett & Co as a Construction Manager/Financial Analyst/Permitting Specialist in 2005, Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard as a Project Engineer from March 2005 to July 2005, United Space Alliance as an Operations Engineer from May 2004 to March 2005, and Florida Power and Light/St. Lucie Nuclear Plant as an Intern in 2002.

Blair Hinkle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, completing the program between 2000 and 2004.
