Charles (Charlie) Gaddy, PE, PG, currently serves as Project Manager (Eng VI) in the Environmental Science and Coastal Group at Freese and Nichols since December 2017, focusing on projects such as the TRVA and the Lower Bois d'Arc Creek Reservoir and Mitigation. Prior to this role, Charles worked at APTIM/CB&I/Shaw from October 2002 to November 2017, initially as a Senior Engineer and later as Project Manager, overseeing the Dallas office and managing key environmental assessment and remediation contracts for the Trinity River Vision Authority and Tarrant Regional Water District. Charles holds a Master of Science in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering and a Master of Science in Geology from Vanderbilt University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
