Devan Ruiz P.e.

Devan Ruiz, P.E., P.M.P. has work experience at Freese and Nichols as a Project Manager starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Pacheco Koch, a Westwood company, where they held the position of Project Manager II from January 2015 to November 2022.

Devan Ruiz, P.E., P.M.P. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, graduating in 2014. Prior to that, they studied Civil Engineering at the University of Oklahoma from 2010 to 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Devan obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in May 2017. They also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2022.
