Halle Kruchoski has a diverse work experience that spans from 2017 to the present. Halle started their career as a Mathematics Tutor, working as a self-employed individual from August 2017 to April 2018. Halle then worked as a Server at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery from April 2017 to February 2019, where they managed guest orders and trained new employees.

In September 2019, Halle joined Chili's as a Bartender and Server. Halle served customers at the bar and lounge tables, made drinks for other servers, and maintained a clean and organized bar area. At Chili's, they also effectively communicated with guests and trained new employees.

In May 2021, Halle interned as a Precision Agronomist at INTENT, where they assisted with field trials for agricultural products, collected data and samples, and communicated with farmers about agricultural methods. Halle managed their time based on crop growth stages and contributed to data processing using various software.

From September 2021 to September 2022, Halle worked as a Server at Sally's Saloon, delivering food and beverages efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Halle collaborated with team members and ensured customer satisfaction by providing optimal guest experiences.

Halle gained research experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Minnesota - Gralnick Laboratory from October 2021 to June 2023. Halle conducted experiments on a novel bacterium, expressed genes related to iron reduction metabolism and the sporulation process, and worked with various strains of model bacteria.

In May 2022, Halle also briefly worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota College of Biological Sciences, where they supported instructors and students.

Currently, Halle is a Stream Restoration Engineer I at Freese and Nichols since June 2023.

Halle Kruchoski attended the University of Minnesota from 2019 to 2023, where they pursued a Bachelor of Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering degree with a focus on Environmental and Ecological Engineering.
