James P. Riney (Jim)

Jim P. Riney has a diverse work experience in the talent acquisition field. James (Jim) P. currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Freese and Nichols, where they built and led the company's first talent acquisition team, overseeing hiring processes for experienced professionals, new graduates, interns, and internal promotions. Prior to this role, they worked at Jacobs for over a decade, holding various positions such as Global Talent Attraction Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Tools and Operations Manager, and Manager, Global Recruiting Operations. Jim P. Riney attended Amarillo High School from 1991 to 1995, although they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during their time there. James (Jim) P. then went on to Texas A&M University and obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in Biomedical Sciences, General, studying from 1995 to 2000.
