Jim Keith

Jim Keith, PE, CFM, is an experienced professional in the field of water resources, currently serving as Principal and Vice President at Freese and Nichols since July 2018. Previously, Jim held leadership roles, including Water Resources Practice Leader at Walter P Moore and Director of Water Resources at Nathan D. Maier Consulting Engineers. Additional experience includes positions as Associate and Department Manager at Dewberry, Project Manager at CDM Smith, and Water Resources Engineer at Carter & Burgess. Jim began their career at Freese and Nichols as a Water Resources Engineer. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hydrology and Water Resources from Tarleton State University, following attendance at the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science.
